Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios. Every experience is thoughtfully designed to provide a professional, collaborative, and memorable creative journey. To reserve your experience, a completed booking form, signed service agreement, and non-refundable Booking Retainer are required. Your reservation is not confirmed until all three have been received. The Booking Retainer secures your selected date and covers scheduling, planning, consultation, and preparation for your experience. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation. Clients may reschedule their experience one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Booking Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations will forfeit the Booking Retainer. If Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of your Booking Retainer. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session to accommodate other scheduled clients. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes without prior communication may be considered a no-show. All images are professionally edited in the signature style of Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios. RAW and unedited files are not included. Personal experiences include a Personal Print Release for personal printing only. Copyright remains the property of Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios. Commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement. Outdoor sessions affected by unsafe weather will be rescheduled at no additional charge. By booking, you acknowledge that you are commissioning the artistic vision and creative direction of Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios. Final artistic decisions, including composition, editing, and image selection, remain at the discretion of the studio. Ziyou Xoundz Creative Studios is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for every client. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.
